Prof. Peer Reviewer #2 is the most cited researcher at his institution, primarily because he inserts self-citations into every review he submits. He has rejected 2,847 papers since 2019, a number he considers his primary academic achievement. His three published papers are masterworks of the genre, having each taken five years to pass review (all three were reviewed by himself under different pseudonyms). He is available for keynote speeches, provided they include the phrase “major revision required.”
